Holy cow... you can almost get a Hanger 9 F22 Raptor PTS for that price. Where is the logic? Neat looking micro though.

You can fly Hitec or use the other "low tech" stuff!!

Yeah and the best part is, these little gems (and others) are designed and manufactured right here in beautiful Saskatoon.

we have a couple of those at indoor flying.

they fly well but not worth their cost IMO. they dont like the ventilation system in the gym (one guy can attest to that, his has been thrown into the ground twice now). i'll take my vto over one of those anyday ..

A friend of mine purchased one of these packages at the Toledo show a couple of years back. I thought he was absolutely out of his mind when he told me the price... But then he flew it in the room.

Its amazing the controlability of this little plane. You can fly it in your living room. Don't let the size fool you. Its quite a unique and awsome flying little machine!

Pretty much the same but IR instaed of 900 MHz can be had at Walmart for $9.99.

I'll throw in an aluminum tool case for $270.

Please note: This delicate aircraft is not a toy!

You guys crack me up, what's really wrong with the price? Yeah, it's $279. That includes everything, remember when a Futaba FGK 5 channel radio was $400 and the servo's were bigger than todays Giant scale servo's?

Yes, you can get the infra red ones at walmart, I have one, and as long as the light isn't to bright it works ok, but control isn't exactly proportional or even there all the time.

If you don't like the price that's cool, no problems here, but why worry about it? Nobody is pointing a gun to your head saying buy it. Appreciate the technology. Compare the components of this one to the walmart one, it's like comparing a Mustang to a Ferrari, they both drive, but one does it faster and better.

I would never buy one of these simply because I don't want one, but I think they're damn cool. And as far as the price goes, I don't think it's ridiculous, I bought a shock flier back in 2002, by the time I'd bought servo's, batteries, motor, esc etc, my $50 foam plane was nearly $450.

And it's manufactured here in Canada, I say kudo's to the designer, I think it's pretty darn cool overall

Just my opinion
