Sounds almost as difficult as getting a multi-winged thingy to fly straight.

I blew up the picture of your foamy and also noticed that your control horns are set back on the aileron away from the center hinge line of the aileron. That is what is giving you more down and up travel.

The holes in the control horn should be exactly centered on the hinge line of the aileron to get equil throws.

As Jim says, you should always work at getting a good mechanical setup and then fine tune with sub trims and/or EPA so as not to lose servo resolution. In other words, keep the servo moving its full travel and adjust the amount of throw by putting the linkages in different holes in the control horn and the servo arm until you get the desired amount of throw.

As has already been said a couple of times, its a foamy. Get it flying and just have fun and don't worry too much about any kind of precise control throw. Leave that for when you start flying IMAC.

Geometry is everything.
Computer radios can fix small geometry problems but it's best to get the geometry correct first.
