Multiplex RX Crystals

I am new to Multiplex and have a question regarding their crystals.

I use channel 47 with my JR stuff and I tried to get some crystals from Hobby Horse for MPX, but for some reason they only have even channel numbers for single conversion Pico 6 Receivers.

Knowing that JR crystals that I have on channel 47 are for single conversion receivers I plugged in my JR crystal into the Pico Rx after enlarging the case a little bit. It seems to work like a charm.

Does anyone have any reason why I shouldn't use the JR crystals?

Nope. Should be fine as fine as you do the range check on ground with your tx antenna collapsed. The RF filter in the receiver will keep you in
the frequency bandwidth.
