That just gives you more weight. And that is a huge factor in picking lipo's for me. Your price will not only effect your discharge rating (ie 20c) but also the weight. If your shopping at hobbycity then make sure you look at the weight of your 'cheap lipo' and compare to what you get for a premium price.

The other issue is using a battery that just meets your needs in discharge. If your motor/prop combo is pulling 10 amps then dont settle on a pack that delivers 10 amps nominal, especially if its using a high 'C' discharge to do it. You might get that amp draw for the first bunch of charges but you certainly wont get the same performance 20 charges from now. Pick something that exceeds your needs at WOT by at least 20% then you have some wiggle room and the pack will not work too hard and last you for the 100+ charges.

*this is in my own experience of course and YMMV*
