Mini-Joker + CC HV-45?

If I ran it at 8S or 10S?, is the Castle Creations HV-45 too small for the mini-joker? I don't purposely do 3D, but sometimes when I lose control I have to do something 3D-ish to keep it from crashing before can reorient itself.
Also, I know the differences between outrunners and inrunners, but is there any advantage to using them in a chopper? In a plane you might have direct drive, but you never have that in a chopper- it's always geared down. So is there any advantage (other than the amount of gearing, which doesn't realy affect anything but the pinion size which makes little difference anyways).
Inrunners are supposed to run cooler because the windings are against the motor case, but outrunners are supposed to run cooler because they're bigger and more airy, so that's all up in the air.
Does anyone know what company I can find 600W-1000W inrunners and outrunners that were designed for helis (like with the cooling) I only know one, and the motors are way way overpriced (like 2x everyone else).
