well when the rest of the 32:1 crap is done mines getting optimal 80:1 like everything else i have. one thing it has is a strong mounting setup, my 96 in extra is no more, the engine went in the dirt straight down wide open. the crank is straight, has been flown since the long prop driver prolly saved the crank. the standoff mounting saved the case. dl or da would probablly have the 4 lugs ripped off. that is the most impressive thing i can say about it. also the price was unbeatable. i have an rcs 140 i have over 600 dollors in counting what ive spent in repairs etc. the thing is light and powerfull for its size and a mickey mouse peice of engineering.the rear bearing is in the case with a belzona type material. the ignition wouldnt pack up but was why the engine would always quit. the mt and chineese things are better values for something that will eventually be a lawn dart if ya keep it long enough. da is over priced as well as the european stuff for 200 hundred less than a da 50 ya can have roughly the same performance in a chineese engine what ya gonna buy.

Hang on Jack

I only believe what I see. Fully tuned and broken in DA50 with a wrap around muffler is pulling a hair over 7100 with a XOAR 23-8 Newer DA 50 same prop on cans is having a hard time pulling 7k but sounds nicer! The full blown 57 has yet to be broken in fully by anyone yet and we don't have an engineered header and can (available to us yet) for it unlike the DA. Don't be too quick to rule out the MT, we're not there yet

I have heard a few good things about the Taurus, what's the all up weight on that bad boy
