MVVS 120 boxer

Can the cylenders be spun around so carb and exaust are all on one side. Or will this throw it out of time.

It looks new so I would say yes. Before you tighten everything up I would make sure the transfer ports on the crankcase and the cylinder match. Also check the ring end gaps are not in an open port where they can hook and break. Your timing will not change just by tuning the cylinders.
