Cograts to both of them.

I've seen Scott fly.
He is awesome!
I'm sure Colin is too.

Re: Canadians at XFC

Colin and Scott are not only remarkable, truly world-class pilots, but also two of the best ambassadors for our hobby that you will find anywhere. They are easy to consider friends.

Both (plus Colin's support crew, his father Stephen Bell) don't hesitate to help out fellow pilots.

It is a testment to their talent and passion that they both can consistently maintain such high standings in the face of eager young international compteition. This in spite of the limited Canadian flying season!

Way to go guys!

Re: Canadians at XFC

Colin flies at the field where I fly, Scotiabladerunners in Nine Mile River, NS. Absolutely awesome flying, precision maneuvers. Ironically, I saw him fly at a full-size aircraft fly-in as a demo in 2005, and it got me hooked on RC helis. It wasn't until I got involved that I realized not everybody could fly like this guy.. here I was thinking, hey that's cool, I think I'll give it a try.. yeah right!! Thanks Colin!
