T-Rex 500 Crash

I bent the Main shaft just a little, when I spool it up you can see the head wobble just a very small amount. Does this effect the flight or hovering of the Heli .

Yes it does and effects gyro and will see in hover the tail will vibrate and sometimes can come loose from vibes...

fix your main shaft, and replace your spindle as well. There is no question about this.
you don't need CNC if you are handy with a torch.

Also check of course that your main bearings are not notchy, that your dampers are not torn and that there is no more damage apparent on the machine.
Once upon a time there were Nitros, Flybars & Frequency pins
