RangeVideo Service Experience?

Just wondering if anyone here has ever dealt with RangeVideo and if so what was your experience with them?

It has been my experience that their customer service is pretty poor. For example in my case they billed my credit card immediately then made me wait almost a month before shipping the parts. The worst part about it is that after you have given them your money they do not answer their emails unless itís to enquire how to buy more components from them in which case the email is often returned within the hour (I tried this a test quite a few times and the result was the same so it looks like he filters his emails as I guess he figures he already has your money so why bother responding). They even used to have a phone number you could call on their site but that has now been removed (does not work anymore I tried it) as I guess paying customers where hassling him to much. I think it itís the lack of communication which is the worst part (more so then the wait times).

I know the owner Vladimir "Vova" Resnik (SP) has had some issues with the F.C.C as of late which might be affecting his turn around times but I just cannot understand how he expects to run and grow a business by ignoring the people who put food in his mouth, his customers. I think he is essentially shooting himself in the foot as the R/C community is small and word gets around.

Anyway I just wanted to see if anyone else has had a similar experience dealing with RangeVideo?
