ERA .25 plans

Would anyone have plans for a .25 size ERA?

I own and fly this plane and just love it for it's simplicity and performance. It will do most of the IMAC basic moves and is great to sharpen your skills. In other words, don't even think of blinking. I am new to this hobby and this has been the best learning tool so far. Another very experienced club member test flew mine yesterday and is hooked and wants to build one but I don't have the plans.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: ERA .25 plans

Hi Brendan,

I believe it might be called the New Era.

Google RCM plans service, click on 'plans' and go down the list.

There is a picture. Is that the one?

I wanted to build one years back...

Take care,
Have fun,

Thumbs up Re: ERA .25 plans

That's the one. What a fun plane to fly. My advice is to cover it in a bright neon colour. The plane is small and pretty quick. Mine is covered with what some might call "hot neon pink" on the upper surfaces but I prefer the term "high visibility red".

Thanks for the help.

Nice to see someone enjoying a classic !!
Airtronics used to kit the plane back in the early 80's
Post a pic for us if you get a chance
