Using RCC settings

Some people including myself took a while to learn how to use some of the settings.
I probably had the most trouble with the feedback system but I also neglected to use the buddy and ignore list.
Here is what I think happens and how using the ignore list helps.
1. I add any name I don't want to deal with to the ignore list.
2. I don't sell anything to those names.
3. I don't buy anything from them either.
4. I USE THE FEEDBACK SYSTEM.
I don't see the content of their posts unless I purposely open them.
I believe the PMs are blocked too.
I can still see the names of those people in other posts.
If I see that someone has changed their ID I will post the fact that it has been changed. That lets all RCC members know that person has a new ID. No other comments are needed.
You would then know where to find that person or if you need to add a new name to your ignore list.
