Don't mean to start an argument here BUT, this is getting a little confusing so I hope to clear things up a bit.

On a quad-rotor heli, it will not work. You need two left hand and two right hand props.

As a pusher on a normal plane, a tractor prop will work as a pusher. Think of it from the propellers point of view. As a normal tractor it works fine. Now, the prop does not care where the motor is. Put the motor in front of the prop and spin the prop the same way, then it will have the same thrust. Only now, the motor and plane are in front of the prop. Because the motor has turned around, it has to run in the opposite direction.

Yeah, i see now. It looks like the biggest electric tractor/pusher prop set out there is the E-flite 10x8.

Re: Can APC Tractor Props Push?

Oh, I'm in luck. Apparently RC-Toys (or Draganflyer) sells a pair of counterrotating 12x3.8SF props. BUt the pusher prop is not listed anywhere on the APC website and Draganflyer tells me they can only get the pusher prop as a set with the tractor prop. ANd then draganfly also has their own version of the 12x4.7 counter rotating pair.
