FINALLY got the Mig-21 painted, though I still have some more touchups to do, as well as adding the markings and painting the tail cone.
Both of my airbrushes worked very well as I had expected. I used the Eclipse HP-BCS for the larger areas and the Revolution HP-CR to blend in the colours. Still need more practice, but I am happy with the results thus far. The paint used was Delta Ceramcoat acrylic craft paint, though I did use a different brand (Decoart) for the dark camo areas, which was BIG mistake. It was a pain in the butt to work with, and definitely recommend staying away from it, at least for the purpose of airbrushing.
All in all, for a depron built pusher parjket, I really like the results! On my bench right now is a B-58 Hustler, and then an F-105 Thud after that.
Safety Precautions: Do not touch the rolling airscrew in order not to be hurt!
I'd like to offer you moral support, but I have questionable morals!
