I am in the process of stripping my TopFlight gs P51D' off its plastic covering, and f/glass it, and finally paint it olive drab, for an 8th Airgroup colour scheme.

I know the base colour of olive drab is dark green, other than that, no idea of whatsoever. any other colour in the mixing? portion, etc. All info will be greatly appreciated.

Re: paint mixing forumula

Hi Alex,
What type of paint are you using? If it is latex, you can have the colour mixed at Canadian Tire if you give them a sample. Hobby Poxy used to have a colour mixing chart, don't know if Klass Kote do the same.

Re: paint mixing forumula

Another method if you do not have a color chart is to buy the 1 ounce bottle of olive drap that the plastic modellers use and then get a bigger can of latex mixed up if you are using latex.
