Something worthy of noting....
Otterville RC Club has their indoor RC program all lined up for the coming season...
See the dates on the attached...
A good show at the LMAC swap meet yesterday, but I didn't win anything, and didn't buy anythng...... shucks, no lipos available, not the size I wanted....
Oh well, out to the local HS to support them... I guess..

Re: Blue Foamie

We had another great afternoon at the gym this afternoon in Hanmer, 15 min. north of Sudbury.
Here are some of the pics taken today and last Sunday.

From left to right.

Kent Fabbro, one of our seniors, just like me.
Ray, hovering his Sbach with Steve in the background.
Gisel, proudly hovering her Sbach.
Dan's foamy, hovering.

Re: Blue Foamie

Special project.

As you probably know by now, I'm always experimenting with different materials, here's something very special.

Many of you have probably tried this foam already, I can't tell you what it is because I'm planning an article on it very shortly in the indoor section of the Maac mag. What I can say is that it has 29.5 in. wingspan, is built from scratch, it's not milled, it only weighs 4.9 oz AUW and flies as if it was on rails, it's not Depron.

Bracing needed or not?

Re: Blue Foamie

Hi all
Well, first day of our indoor events went very well, a bit of a hard start, but the day was successful. (Schedule got screwed up a bit and we only had one hour, but, this is gong to be made up on our December event, three hours to fly... How's that...
We had 15 flyers out for the first day, 3D, Micro 3D, Vapors, Parkzones new Cub and Champ, micro helis and such... A great day..
Pics taken attached...
Bryan Mailloux, Jonathon Mccanndes, Jamie Fleming, Art Lane and Dale McGill showing off theiir newest creations...
