Hi Cy

Thanks for the offer, you're welcome, It's simple, just get both...just kidding. I flew a 4site, I find the Sbach a little more docile.

Hi Hank.

Thanks for the tip, I looked at it, it might work since the plane will only weigh between 50 and 60 grams AUW. I couldn't believe it when I weighed the foam, I was happy, 16 grams, I can even take out a bit more , down to 14 gr. or 1/2 oz.

Re: Blue Foamie

20"er looks great Gaston... I thought there was 28gr to the oz, how come you have 16gr and say it's just over an oz.?????
Anyway, should be a great one, can hardly waiit to see what electronics you use...
I, just by the chance, weighed my YAK 54 20"er and it came out at 141gr.. Just a tad over 5 oz. (using the 28gr to an oz.)
I've got the Turnigy 2404 on it with a 10Amp ESC... On two cells it flies fast, on a 3C, it's impossible to handle in a hall... Outdoors? It's a different plane... still fast tho..
Is your sBach cnc cut like the bigger one"" ie. diamonds all through the fuse and wing..??
Itchin to get one...
Art.

Re: Blue Foamie

The club in Kincardine has been getting some regular flying time in on friday nights.

I retired my original blue foamy and have been flying a piajet clone and a bellanca scout.

Somehow we managed to have a midair and then the third plane got stuck in the bunch after it landed.
