Chris
Yes, remember the brushed days well, that's the way I started to, GWS ESC's, GWS motors and so on... But, like everyone else, the Outrunner Brushed bit me....
I did look at the specs on the linear servos, and yes, the are for 1C operation, but, with the price of em, heck, replacements can be gotten quick an cheap...
The plane i built for this system is something silly I scratched up and am not worried if it konks out or not... Just another experiment for indoor flying...
I have one of those motor/gear outfits you mentioned and will use it when I get my new 1C ESC from HK...
OK, got another question.... Flew my 20" sBach at the indoor last night, just don't seem to get the hang of 4 channel operation, got spoiled with REM operations.... I was wondering, can i tie my rudder servo together with the aileron servos, with a Y connector, and go with this? I know, I'm not going to be able to do fancy manouvers this way, but, at least I do remember how my 1/4scale Cub flew with this coupling, which a fellow rewired in my tx, and old Kraft 4 channel... Is there a way of adding this "Mixing" in my present 2.4 E-Flite tx that came with the Blade CX2 heli???????
Instead of the Y adaptor, have a sw on the tx for coupling or uncoupling.... Know anybody who does this work on TX's?????

Re: Blue Foamie

Hey guys, an important notice:
We, LIFT, have been successful in getting a new indoor site for our Foamie models, electric only.. Max wingspan is up to 42".
It's at the new BMO Sports complex, Rectory St. here in London, soccer fields, and the height is 60'......................
We have a tentative date of either April 19th or the 26th set for this.
I need to know how many flyers would support us.
It's a "Test" run to see if it could be set up for next season starting October/2012.
Would appreciate your support responses to this as soon as possible....
Thanks guys...
Art.

Dwight and his friend Michaela, she's an angel, I'm pretty sure she has her own wings.
