Hey Gaston, you guys fly indoor on Sunday, let me know I'm going to see if I can get a Plane ride to the Sudbury air port.

It was a Great day for out door yesterday, we did some flying at the field and did some at the pond.

I'll phone you if I find a ride.
Hi Hank
It would be awesome if you could join us. Just call me and I'll pick you up at the airport. Nice looking brakes, I tried the Axis with brakes and I found that it interfered too much with the performance.
The weather wasn't too bad here but a little cool

Hey another beaut of a CNC job, Gaston....
Art, there's an airport in London?.. just kidding. I'll let you know how the Axis worked out later today. The one made with Dollar store foam was awesome, it should be the same with fanfold.

Re: Blue Foamie

Had a blast at the gym today trying out a few new things. I flew Gaston's newest foamie and its a winner! His Axis has the look of a Clik but shorter fuse and smaller wings and boy does it ever roll I liked it so much I bought one and will try to have it ready in the next few weeks. I also flew somebody's (name please) Quadcopter. Its about a 450 size with 20amp esc's and the KK 2 controller with the LCD display. A big frame with aluminum arms and quite scary to fly in a gym but I managed to fly it around a bit and scare everyone LOL I have a quad on order form HobbyKing and mine will have the new controller too so I was wondering how my friend liked it. He was surprised when he asked if 'd try it and I said yes! It was a little jumpy if bounced on the ground (gain is too sensitive I think) but hovered easily at six feet and quite stable even in manual mode. I can't wait to get my hands on mine. A new challenge

Hi Corey
I have some sheets left of the blue foam but it's no longer made by Dow chemicals. You now have to buy from Owens Corning dealers in the US only and it's pink.
Let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Gaston

Re: Blue Foamie

London? Airport? Why certainly... we have a grassy strip on the east side, oh ya, and a paved strip for those who don't like bumpy landings............ ha ha...
Hey, sounds like Gastons indoor was a blast, can't wait to see when he has kits.....
Still nice here, sunny, mild, and no winds, and i'm in the midst of decorating outdoor for the holiday season, wouldn't you know????????????
But, indoor is on the horizone again for December 1st..... At Fanshawe....
