Hi Jason

The only requirement from the School Board is that I reapply every fall for permission and I have to give a police record check plus a copy of the Maac insurance certificate.
We are very lucky to have this site. We practice F3P every Sunday and will have a low key competition later this winter. I've been doing this for years now and I still enjoy it as much as I did the first winter.
We would be honored to have you fly with us, just contact me if you need more info.

Re: Blue Foamie

Thanks Gaston... sounds much the same as here. We're in our second season of Cobble Indoor and I'm still enjoying it... hope to last as long as you've been going on .

Appreciate the welcome too... not sure I'll ever get up that way, but it's nice to know there's a place to go if I do! And of course, you know you and the guys are always welcome here too.

Cheers,
J

Re: Blue Foamie

It looks good Gaston.
If it flies better than the Axis, it must be really good.
Here is a small video of my Axis this past weekend in Granby. I told you about that old church that is now a community center.

Cool video, I'm surprised you still have the same Axis, I've had probably a dozen since then...
I sent you a pm

Re: Blue Foamie

Hey Gaston,

Missed you last Saturday at the BMO event Finally got to meet Hank U though... he brought out some amazing models he'd made (one was a Sig Demoiselle - sweet!) and in that mix I noticed he had one of your S-Bach's. (so it's still on-topic here ).

Here's the vid I slapped together... in case you or anyone is wondering:

+ YouTube Video

Re: Blue Foamie

Nice video work Jason, I like the way you mixed in still shots.
Even though my esc was acting up, you managed to get a short clip of my Cub showing how slow it can fly.
Was that all done with that little camera on your hat?
Thanks for posting.
Regards Hank

Re: Blue Foamie

Hey Hank.... thanks. Yes, the video work and about half the stills were just captured using that hat-cam. I forgot to mention it in the vid / about text, but Jim Prowse was kind enough to email me some pics he took. I use "AVS Video Editor" which is pretty easy to use... even for me .

Cheers,
J

Re: Blue Foamie

Hi Jason and Hank
Nice video guys, I wish I could have been there. Jason, I saw all of Hank's airplanes and was quite impressed, he's patient and very talented. There were airplanes in all the rooms and closets at his house, he's ready for any type of event..
You did a great job on that video..
