The arf is new but sitting around for 5 years i will be putting a ZDZ40 in it with smoke system
hopefully another cuple of day it will be finished. |

It's a beautiful plane..
 , I would if I were you, before you finished up the build, Beef up your landing gear plate and firewall area, those area generally quite weak, and could sustain some damage with a bit of heavy landings(plane weight would be at least 16lbs and up..). Cheers, Naomi

Thanks for the invo on the landing gear and fire wall.last night i started to shrink all the
monecoat man i hate that stuff i like ultracoat better you dont have to use so much heat. today i will beef up around the landing gear,and fire wall and put the tail and elivator togeather.not much left to do. |

There is not much room to get your hand in the engine compartment i beefed up the landing
gear with block of hard wood the engine part is going to be little harder to do.I will put some angel stock in there in the front.does anyone have any different ways they would do this.Now my dad wants me to build his pitts after mine well we will have to see.
