No scratches at all, maybe 9.5/10, works perfectly

bought it, used it less than i thought, screen protector was applied since day 1, no box, only comes with foam case from the box, earphones(creative ep-630), never used., usb cable, mini dock and charger.

south park, how i met your mother, joey, weeds, some movies and some naruto is pre-loaded.
also, a bunch of flash games, and widgets(weather, facebook, calculator, adress book, calendar, wikipedia, etc.) and a drawing application.

very easy to use, just drag and drop your files.
