Yes, I have a computer connected to our 50" HD.
I put a USB extension for the transmitter. I can sit back on the couch and fly, fly, fly.
The planes don't turn into little specks like they do on a laptop or smaller screen.

Yes, same here.I use a laptop hooked on tv (42-lcd) for simulator, international tv,..
I'm using HDMI conection.Works perfect.There are some other options, via DVI, serial port,s-video, depending on tv.There are available coresponding cables and/or adapters, at reasonable prices.Just got thru this at Christmas time.
And the sim works fine on laptop, despite the fact that some say it might not..

Well i have my sim hooked up from my computer to the projector, I have a 100" projection screen, Gotta love it

The guys from TigerDirect has a kind of wireless A/V transmiter/receiver around $200. It's expensive but it's a convertor too. No more wires ...
Fly below 90 meters and away 8km than ANY airport
Fly with HAM licence and have a spotter if use goggles
Don't fly above people, buildings or beaches and respect others privacy!
