That's pretty common in China, all the video's I see of test flights of new airplanes in China from manufactures are off of public roads, so I guess they just fly from the road as well. First time I've seen them dumb enough to hit the camera person on the road though! (I've seen other video's where guys on the runway get nailed too)
I would never do it, but ya gotta admit, when you see those long stretches of pavement that never get used it's tempting sometimes LOL

everyone is gonna rave about how unsafe but he is quite skilled. think its india from the music maybe pakistan low passes over canal are neat. this thing wont go very far without control inputs except into the ground

Funny, he claims to have the engine off when he hits, but you can hear an engine idling.
