Cp Pro 2 Tail Set Up

Can anyone tell me if I can switch the stock motor from the CP PRO 2 for the CP + stock motor. I am aware it has stabiliser mounts built into the tail motor housing, but if I buy that and the stock motor from the PRO 2 will it fit?

If I fit the tail from the CP 2 with smaller blades, better stabiliser (hence gound clearence will be improved over the CP PRO +.

My aim is to improve me wrecking tail blades on the CP PRO +. The stock tail support is a very poor effort for e-flite!

Can this be done?

Re: Cp Pro 2 Tail Set Up

if you haven't broken the tail support off the heli, just take a piece of standard fuel tubing and slide it up onto the support, leaving about an inch hanging off the bottom. does wonders for the blade cp tails.
