OK got what might of been asked question before but I can't find it if it has been asked.I picked up my 9303 2.4 last winter(Jan,2008 )with all the servo's and the JR 921 receiver. The question is that the one that came with the radio has a transparent red case and I just picked up another JR 921 receiver second hand(great price, great shape)but this one has the black casing.I know they are not the same just different cases as the blinking lights for binding are in different spots on the main receiver body.I was wondering if anyone knows why this is as I do relise one is possable a year older than the other. As well is there any difference between the two other than colour and light arrangement. Thanks,John

Re: JR 2.4 receiver

They are both the same and work the same. They just decided to change the cases. The reason why? I'm not sure...possibly for marketing purposes, or manufacturing purposes, but they are the same and function the same.
