Hi chuck zc,
Most cover the wings with sign shop vinyl or low temp film. I misted mine with 3M 77 spray contact cement and covered with clear packing tape and a strip of red Tuck tape around the LE. Richard is a cool guy. He started the project (?) years ago as a simple kit project to get people building rather than buying ARFs. I believe he's cut 150/200 of them so far. The lazer cut balsa fuse/tail goes together as fast as CA will dry. Perhaps Richard will post more details here or just e-mail him.
