Here is another tip. Before put the cap back on the bottle, squeeze it a little bit and then put the cap back on. Next time you use the CA the glue (if any) will be sucked in.
I noticed on several occasions, that when I let the CA warm up a bit when it comes from the fridge, with hot weather the bottle is under a bit of pressure and as soon as you take the cap off the CA comes running out. I don't have this problem when I squeeze the bottle a bit before puttin' the cap back on.

Ben - you may find it interesting to read what WIKI says about 'cyanoacrylate' - I found it so, and also the site, paticularly their FAQ page. Very informative.
