OK, so how the heck do folks keep track of which way is up and which end goes first?

Some say amazing flying. Well, I am very new to helis. And I must say that this looks just like my flying ... but I think the difference is I am not doing it on purpose. Or ....... hhhheeeeeeyyy! ... maybe I AM already doing it right and I just don't know it? I think I should enter some 3D competitions!
