Hello,
I am looking for some body pins for my Traxxas stampede truck. Can i get these at a hardware store or do I have to go to a RC hobby store?. I live in guelph, ontario I am not sure of any rc hobby stores around me. Is there any alternative for body pins. Thanks in advance. |

Home despot and Cantire should have them, depends on how small (they come up to about 3" long for trailers)

Re: Where to get Rc truck body pins
Rack up a list of supplies you need and when you go shopping online for the stuff, include boddy clips in your order. 2 bucks gets you 10 clips in a small pack.
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...RCH=body+clips There is something you can do while you wait. Get a set of small needle nose pliers and filch a bunch of the gals bobby pins. With the pliers, bend the bobby pin in to the loop and shape and size of the body clips you need. It works great, cheap, and only takes a few minutes to make enough new clips for your whole truck. |
