1) right Thrust
2) Toe In
3)If you can, make your tailwheel connecton so that it gets less travel (only moves a few degrees left to right compared to the Rudder) If you cant do that, try try extending the tailwheel further back behind the rudder (keep the pivot point in the same place though)
4) Accelerate slowly to allow the rudder to become effective before giving full throttle
5) be ready with rudder on take-off run to conteract engine torque
