I had the same problem with my 1.20 surpass.
I got a piece of wooden dowl, just a bit bigger than the hole in the wrist pin.
Put it in my drill and sanded it to a "shallow" taper so the small end just started into the wristpin.
Gently tapped it snug with a hammer and pulled it back out with the wrist pin attached.
I had to get work the the wrist pin free before it would come out by twisting the dowel.

Trick I have used many times is to turn a screw in the wrist pin and pull it out. The wrist pin is pretty hard metal and the screw doesn't seem to hurt it at all.
