Re: Want Lazy Bee Plans

Adobe Reader 8

To find out the paper size for a pdf file goto File > Properties > Description Tab, the Paper Size is near the bottom.

Also if the image is displayed "Actual Size" or any size the causes scroll bars to appear, the paper size appears in the bottom left next to the horizontal scroll bar.

If the entire image is being displayed, moving your cursor to the bottom left corner will cause the paper size to be displayed.

Also the Print window lists the Document paper size in the bottom right portion of the window.

Re: Want Lazy Bee Plans

Does anyone have a scan of the business works of the AILERON Staggerbee Wing. Have the fixed wing. Need to know how the twisting wingtips work. Thanks for any help. Even a photo of the plan that shows internal workings.

Thanks, Bill

Re: Want Lazy Bee Plans

Hi Bill

I assume you have a staggerbee? When you see how it's actually done, it looks easy but to figure it out is more of a challenge. I'll be putting mine together in the summer, IF I keep on schedule. There are tons of pics on RCU how this goes together. Just do a search.

You can actually buy a short kit for the staggerbee at http://www.lazer-works.com/ in the US. I bought one and was quite impressed with the quality. They don't sell plans, just the short kit. Now their version doesn't have the "wingerons" but it's only 9 more small pieces to cut.

Bob

Re: Want Lazy Bee Plans

Hi Bob

I have a few Lazy Bees but only have a PDF of the fixed wing Staggerbee. It is the articulated aileron version of Stagger Bee that interests me. I can imagine ways of installing the torque tube arrangement req'd. Photos show the proportions. I am just interested in whatever tried and viable method Clancy actually came up with.

Thanks, Bill
