They may want to introduce the new 25 while still getting rid of the old FX stock. I'm thinking they will go down in price once the FXs are all gone. Just a thought.

I keep having the same mechanical problem. I've got a loose nut on the transmitter!

If they were the same price, I would just flip a coin. But with the price differential right now, it is a no brainer.... GMS all the way!!

You can fly Hitec or use the other "low tech" stuff!!

Talking Re: What's with the OS 25 AX?

Love the FX series the .25 FX is fantastic - If they stop making them Iam sure to run off and buy 5 more to last me the rest of my flying life.

Once broken in they are so strong - I got 2 in GP profile P38 turning 13.7 on 9/4 and they sing like 2 little angels when in the air.

Wasn't sure the story behind the need for the AX series. Wasn't suppose to have more power like a .32 but fit the .25 size engine mounts?

PS: Had a blast with open B combat using Coroplast and .25FX's. Iam currently drawing up a .25 size version of the little red sport flying wing this time 40" Iam thinking of calling it a Chick-A-Dee.

Re: What's with the OS 25 AX?

My personal preference has shifted from O.S. to Thunder Tiger!! that being said i have seen several GMS engines and they run like tops to. I just recently bought an ASP 52 from hobby city and am interested to see how it performs!!

O.S. to me is like Futaba radios and receivers, excellent quality but priced way higher than the other options that work just as well!!!

Proud owner of a Hitec A9!!
