Arf Hardware Strikes Again

I bought a goldberg extreme 330 last week and test flew yesterday...... it lasted two and a half minutes. I lost elevator control and it went in from about 50 feet. Upon looking at it closely it turns out that the linkages were 2mm cut threads while the clevises were made for 2mm rolled threads.

I'm emailing with great planes hoping for something but I'm not holding my breath, they want me to ship the plane to them at my expense. Doesn't make much sense to me, ship a box of wreckage into the states so they can comfirm it's wreckage and that the the control rods are really slipping.. (I sent them a video of the slippage and pictures of the carnage)

ANyway the fuse is still in pretty good shape, I just thought I'd post this up and see if I might get lucky, anyone out there with a Goldberg extreme 330 with a broken fuse and a good, or easily repairable wing who's willing to part with it?

When I put an arf together I always use name brand linkages. The stuff that they supply I do not trust. So I replace it all even hinges. Tom
