Great RC Show KWFD - Thanks

Today was the first day of the KWFD (Kitchener Waterloo Flying Dutchmen) Show. There was a great turn out and they had a fantastic noon hour flying show.

Everyone I met commented how the "Dutchmen" always put on a great show and how well it is organized and how it is a "must attend" event every year. It seems there is always a plane in the air and the announcer was very knowledgable on the aircraft and the pilots.

Everthing from Jets, foamies, helicopters, scale airline planes, civilian, WW1 and WW11 scale were all there. The mid day show included the flying witch, candy drop for the kids all the above mentioned planes flying - it was great!

Tomorrow it goes again from 9-5 with a another mid day flying show.

If you have never been to this show you should try and get there tomorrow - it is supose to be another fine day.

Thank you KWFD for putting on this show - I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did.

I enjoyed the Saturday so much I went for a swim in the pond just before noon....300 oz Retract servo jammed and drained the darn rx pack. Hellcat ended up smack in the middle of the pond. Carnage everywhere. Pilot was even found floating face down..
