I don't remember what I got this off of, maybe came with a Kyosho somethingorother ARF, maybe an airboat, yes it's a pusher prop.

Compression seems good, 1/4x32 short glow plug

Any info?

Would the M stand for mecoa? Kind of looks like a heli engine.

If it is mecoa, here is a mecoa forum:

It's a G-Mark.

No longer in production.

Re: Please ID Japanese .061

I had a G-Mark ,061 engine for planes, that I recently sold and it didn't look anything like that - it may be a Heli version but I'm not familiar with those. But it has a prop, albeit L/H!
The rear of the c/case with the three screws and sort of heart shaped back cover looks the same though. The logo looks familiar too.
Curioser and curioser, Moo!!

I'm betting on the G-Mark too, just looks like it has an extra cooling head for the pusher use, here's a link with a good side shot ( near the bottom of page) that sure looks like a match for your pics.
