Yes he is one master builder, hope to get another out of him before he hangs his hat up for good.

Re: Post your Aircraft Pic's Here

I totally missed that one!
I'm going to read it all this eve, and next. I have done a lot of building in the past, but not much in the last few years. More assemblies. Dear wife is getting sensitive to the adheasives, and I, the balsa dust.

Which one? Wigeon, Goose, Otter, twin or single Otter?

Re: Post your Aircraft Pic's Here

I would like the twin otter, or try and talk him into a turbo beaver. It's going to hang in the store till June then take it to our air show and enter it in the scratch built class. Then I will have a video of they madien flight mid june

Dale.

It's a long thread, but interesting. The build doesn't use that much CA glue. About 30% of the wing, and some for the tail surfaces. The rest is "2002 GF" from Lee-Valley along with a bit of epoxy.

Balsa dust will be minimal, as the fuse is mostly lite-ply. The cowl is laser-cut 1/64" ply, along with a couple moulded parts. You should be fine.
