When I ran a small motor shop I bought a 50 ft. roll of Tygon from a distributor for snow machine primer line and chainsaws. Big mistake. Most of it only lasted not much more than a yr. before it went hard. Better stuff is Vinylon which is closer to what comes as standard on the said snow machines and saws. I have some 1/4 scale gas tanks 8 yrs old with the lines still soft. More choices. The way to tell the difference is, the Tygon has that yellowish tinge to it where the vinyl types are clear opaque. More choices.
Tried for my kamikazi pilots licence. Flunked the test.
