I bought my Elmers Ultimate from either CT or Home Depot. I forget which but it is widey available. Picture shows what you are looking for. I believe Gorilla Glue is also basically the same thing.

Once applied you activate it with a water spray & then it foams up. When cured, you can cut away excess foam with a utility knife or sand it. A little goes a long way.

Excellent product, will sit on the bench for days with no apparent degrading of the contents,
if you heat and pull the last inch or so of these you can make a finer tip that will dispense a drop at a time.
