Once you get the card laminated, stick it into your transmitter case. Mine is always there, and never in my wallet. I figure I need it wherever my transmitter is anyways.....

Oh great are the days when my takeoffs equal my landings!!!

Re: MAAC Card

Another solution would be to lainate your club and MAAC cards back-to-back, and then do the luggage-tag mounting unto your flight box.

Of course, the assumptions are that you have a flight-box or have a main one that always goes to the fireld.

Yes, there are people who have many field-boxes. I think that I knew one guy who had one for each major type of plane that he flew (alcohol, gas, diesel) becasue of the differnt fuels and support equipment needed.

Re: MAAC Card

I agree with the discussion so far. I didn't carry my MAAC card with me last year because it wouldn't fit into the wallet without getting destroyed. At the same time, it would be was too costly for MAAC to issue plastic ones.

Can you buy plastic sleeves for cards that you can just slip them into? Laminating is good, but you certainly can't remove the card. I've used the packing tape method on other cards, but it's pretty flimsy.
