Re: The AR DRONE... toy?

Walkera makes a model utilizing the same method of flight. Check this link
The AR-DRONE can be determined as a "toy" depending on it's use.
The US Military uses DRONES in it's everyday operations that is not considered 'toys' when used in that capacity i.e:- spying, killing etc. they are moreorless tools/equipment to get the job done.
Ok...the AR-DRONE IMO would be considered a 'toy' since the range is dependent on it's WiFi source, moreorless like our models planes/jets/heli's/boats/cars/trucks that is confined by and utilizes 72FM/2.4Ghz/27Mhz frequencies.
When you come down to the nitty gritty of it, the so-called "model pilot" are flying, driving "Model Toys" regardless of it's size.
In a court of law...models are considered toys.
If you see me inverted, I'm not doing 3D ....
If you see me 3D flying, something went wrong!
