I was just curious about how you guys config your radio system.
In my freestyle airplanes I set my ailerons for a confortable roll rate for rolling circles, enough elevator for rolling circles. This is the same setup that I use to take off and land.
My rudder is more than enough for rolling circles and also enough to hold a knife edge at 1/2 power.
Then in one switch I have a snap roll condition which dials out a little bit of throw in the elevator and rudder.
Then in another switch I have my "3D" mode where all my surfaces go up to 45 - 50 degrees.
My knife edge mix (rudder-elevator, rudder-airleron) are permanently on as well as down throttle - down elevator (for down lines).
I use expos in all surfaces and % changes depending on the plane.
And a switch for the smoke pump and the last one to kill the engine.
What are you guys using?
