Simple as pie. You cut through only one side of the coroplast, all along the flute, fold it in half, clean up the adjacent edges, a quick pass of 320 sandpaper along the crease to remove resistence, and VOILA.. a hinge.

and if it's too "stiff", cut little slits in the space between one flute in that cutout area. The stiffest part is usually out near the tip.

Only two 2-3 inch-long slits about 2" apart.

Flex it by hand A LOT; it should loosen up quite nicely.
