Hello Eric!
We haven't met in person but have had a few exchanges on various forums and I always enjoy your new models. I'm building a Haoye F-18 and would like to ask you if you'd consider doing the maiden flight in the spring, at your field, of course. (I've flown there a few times at the "Warbirds Over the Bay" events.) I'm not the most experienced pilot and I know that the chances of a successful first flight would be much better in your capable hands- there's also the nerves thing- I have a lot of time in this model.

Please know that if things go badly I'll know they sure wouldn't have gone any better with me at the controls and we'd just have to put the onus on the builder! I choose to believe we'll have a really good day.
