Re: Upcoming Zone E election .... 3 time’s a charm? ..... or is it: ....repeat till obtaining the desired outcome? Regardless, it would appear the multiple botched processes have carved some deep wounds. Used to be that members/clubs had the choice of choosing a bordering zone as your preferred “home” zone. I wonder if that is still an option for members? Personally, I Would prefer members had a choice instead of leaving MAAC altogether, at a time when we’re already bleeding members. |

Re: Upcoming Zone E election ..... well, considering how obviously, questionably managed this was from the start....... I doubt many would be surprised by the method of delivery.... ... which common sense would tell most reasonably people, will now only ensure the outcome remains murky in appearance. ...... and will likely result in more work for the directors on the board, who actually do the heavy lifting, to try and close loopholes nobody expected to be exposed and will now need policy to stop from happening again. ...... bottom line result is they will need to spend time on a previously unnecessary bureaucratic process, instead of doing something useful for the membership. |

Re: Upcoming Zone E election The ZD has emailed Middle Zone Members to announce that he won and Jeff lost. Personally I think the process would have been more credible if Mr Messacar who tabulated the proxies and votes had made the announcement. |
