Re: Glow Head Brotherhood

I see Horizon Hobbies has decided to make the Saito .30 available to us again! I wonder what changed thier mind?

I love that little engine, power is pretty awesome for it's size and no harder to get along with than the bigger 4 strokes. I wonder if they will be carrying parts now, I have a .30GK that could use a ring...

Considering I used a Webra T4-40 to give me the starting point there should be similarities. Ran well enough but itís heavy for the size. Was my first prototype which I documented in the early years of RCC but never had time to refine it.

I love glow engines. I have about 25 on planes and about 85 waiting to run and fly some day.

I saw that Jett... I was going to email Dub for some info - I think thatís a Q500 engine, no RC carb just a shut off, correct? Would be neat but I just bought another half dozen from Frank, and a damaged Seidel 540 radial (German made 40cc 5 cylinder glow) that I am hoping I will be able to return to running condition. I spent my limit for Dec. lol.
