Jim has been on here a very long time. If his mom passed away I'd be patient. He asked to wait for November 2nd. That's today. With the passing of one's mother I can only imagine what he might be dealing with. With 100% positive feedback I cannot imagine at all that he is not going to refund you but geez, a little sympathy and understanding I would think could be had.
I'm disappointed to read this thread, and not with Jim. If we were a couple of weeks past November 2nd I'd understand your concern but you posted this before the day was even over.....
