Re: Hacker 3M Decathlon build

Today before I left work, I glued in the wing surfaces - ailerons and flaps - with the mpjet supplied pinned hinges. Similarly to the tail I used slow drying epoxy and will pin them later.

I also glued on the moulded plastic wing tips - instead of gluing to the wing root (I didnt want to cut away the covering as it is very close to the open bays) so I cut two ribs and glued them onto the wing outside ribs... then epoxied the wing tips over the end of the wing and taped it up.

Next will be dropping in the servos and then I guess pinning the hinges, and making up linkages/installing control horns.
