Help with value Toyota Tamiya Hilux

I am in process of buying an old Tamiya Toyota Hilux.
I am looking for a realistic value to pay.
I know the owner well and don't want to pay too little, but am looking for a fair deal.
Keep in mind my intent is not to resell, not looking to make money on deal.
Need a fair price for my area, may be limited market. Owner not looking to make lots or would already be online for sale.
Truck is 100% original, missing a few items.
One hub cover
Rubber plug that went on top of box
Missing 1 older futaba servo, no radio
Still has original speed control and 6V battery
Any help would be appreciated
